  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please inform us as early as possible.

3. Service Charges

  • Inspection, visiting, repair, and spare part charges may apply depending on the nature of the service.

  • The total cost will be communicated before any repair work requiring customer approval is carried out.

4. Customer Responsibilities
